Count Joseph of Saint Germain

His Grace. A linguist, a classical painter and musician, a diplomat, and the most mystic of them all: a scholar/practitioner of the occult. Saint Germain populates RedStarryNight's vampire universe and, like most of the characters I've had the opportunity to illustrate, are based on historical people.

If you'll permit me, my favorite part about this dude:

"He’s written various compositions of his own and he’s secretly contributed music to several artists, plays, and albums. He was a friend of Chopin’s and still owns one of the man’s pianos, in pristine condition. He helped write I Would Do Anything For Love with Meat Loaf and also helped launch Josh Groban’s career."
