Shaun O'Neil

A soft-colored full concept commission for CinnaMonroe. Before the experiment that turned him into the spliced mutant known as the Ripper Monitor, Shaun O'Neil was part of a spec ops division for the Australian Defense Force, mate. Cinna and I have been meaning to design his human form and we've finally done it! This original character exists in the DC Animated Universe, serving as a predominantly Batman villain.
