Anubis Design

Never heard of a divine persona, but I think back to the elementary school playground and my coterie and I had a few "Egyptian God" pretend sessions. Coincidentally, I snagged Anubis every time. Heck, he was a monster in my made-up card game at the time. The Egyptian God of the Underworld is, dare I say, a pretty metal character. It was a trip revisiting ancient memories when Ezzatu approached me with an opportunity to re-conceptualize Anubis, except with an appearance more closely associated with an African golden wolf.

Canids aren't very common in my gallery, so this was incredibly refreshing, and I learned things!
