Kitsune Parliament

Takeru, born into the head family of a secret clan of assassins embedded in the shadow of Japan, and is also the sole half-blood of his Dark Elf clan, was traveling through the forests of New York intending to fulfill a contract. Along the journey he meets up with two nine-tailed kitsune, though they aren't in unison with their hospitality.
