Lord Ruthven

One of several vampires that predated Count Dracula in the literature world is Lord Ruthven, who served as the titular character in the 1819 short story, "The Vampyre". RedStarryNight reimagined the character as a diplomatic businessman, Grand Chancellor of the Order of the Dragon, and Secretary of the Presidium of the Council of Ancients.
